Rental terms and conditions

Thank you for using SNOW RENTAL (hereinafter referred as “SR”) products. When a customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) uses a product owned by SR and all of its accessory parts (hereinafter referred to as a “Product”), Customer is required to promise the followings:

  • This rental contract is for renting (rental) products for the period and the price indicated in the contract slip with the customer.
  • If the Customer’s identity is not clear, the Customer may be asked to provide a deposit. This deposit guarantees all of the Customer’s obligations set forth in this contract. Even if you cancel during the rental period, we will not refund the rental fee for the rental period that was initially set.

  • Products must be returned by the end of the rental period, and if they are returned after that, an extension fee (twice the additional fee x number of days) will be charged.

  • If the Customer violated this contract, SR may cancel this contract without any special notice or notification. In this case, the Customer must return the Products immediately. Even if the contract was cancelled, the Customer will be charged a rental fee and an extension fee until SR received the Product.
  • In addition to receiving/returning from/to the store, the Customer can choose other method such as courier service (separate charge), delivery/collection (separate charge), etc.

  • Please use the product according to the utilization purpose, and be careful about usage/storage. When the Product is returned to SR, if the Product was damaged beyond the usual usage condition, and repair is needed, the Customer will be asked to reimburse for the cost equivalent to the repair price. If there is a risk that a third party may make a seizure, provisional seizure, or claim of rights regarding the Product, the customer must notify it to SR immediately.。
  • The customer must not allow the product to be used by a third party or dispose of it by transfer, pledge, sublease, occupation transfer, etc. Modification or refurbishing of Product is inhibited.
  • If there are structural defects in the product and the Customer’s purpose of usage cannot be achieved even after repair, please inform that to SR immediately. SR will rent a similar equivalent product. If there is no substitute product, SR will be relieved of any responsibility by refunding the rental fee on the above slip.
    If the product becomes non-returnable or non-repairable while it is on hand of the Customer, the Customer shall be asked to pay the same amount as the calculated price of the product that SR calculated by the reasonable basis in addition to the fee during the rental period (if it exceeded the period, the fee will be extended for that period).
  • SR will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by careless use of the customer. After passing the Product to the customer after confirming the operation function of the Product, SR will not be liable for any damages such as failure to achieve the utilization purpose.
  • In the case of home delivery, please open the packaging immediately after receiving the Product, check the instruction manual etc. by yourself, and check the Product so that the utilization purpose can be achieved. If the utilization purpose can not be achieved after checking, please contact us immediately.
  • If the Product was stolen or fired, the Customer will be asked to submit a stolen property report to police office and to obtain a damage certificate.(Except for foreign country) If SR received an insurance benefit, the Customer will not be required to pay indemnification except for the amount of immunity.
  • In the event of a dispute with the Customer regarding this contract, the court of jurisdiction for the first instance will be the district court that has jurisdiction over the head office of SR.
